It's rare that we find a black blouse and especially one with a edgy design.  The shirt is designed with gently puffed sleeves that end just below the elbows and are finished with elastic cuffs, faux front pockets with a flap and button down front opening.  The hem is shorter in the front.   Pair it with a skirt or a pair of trousers for a funky look.
