Attention all drama dressers!  This jacket can be worn as layering piece or an outside jacket as it is not heavy.  It is an open front with step up front hems and high side slits.  A faux flap pocket sits just above the waist on both sides.  Fabric feels like a felted scuba.  Sleeves can roll down to wrist.  Available in black and offwhite.  Fit is true.
