Lotus Eaters is known for the architectual details and this blouse is the perfect example.  ait has buttons down the front that are long clear rectangles and wide seams that flank the sides.  Under the arms is a wide strip of linen with a narrow opening under it.  Top is a high low and the body tapers in towards the hem.
