This is a showstopper of a dress!  It has a gorgeous trapeze style upper body with elasticized sides and a long full tulip skirt that narrows at the hem.  A running stitch in black accents the pockets which are set just below the waist seam.  There is an additional panel about 12 inches above the curving hem.  Pop a tank or a tee under the dress and get ready for compliments.  It is a one size so fits S to XL.
