Is it the texture of the ribbon fringed pieces that make them so appealing? This one is in a spectacular winter white and has fringe details all along the collar, the front, the hem and the sleeves.  It is just so darn decadent.  Love the gold textured snaps on the front that run down both sides.  It is an open cardi style.
